If you struggle with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis or PCOS then I understand what you are going through. In 2013 I found out I had a mass on my thyroid. I had to have it removed. But after that surgery, I suffered from fatigue, anxiety, bloating, difficulty sleeping, weight gain an just felt awful.

I was then put on medication and did everything my doctor asked me to do. But I just felt awful all the time. So I decided to figure out the answer myself. I searched through lot of scientific literature, took courses, and tried many alternative therapies. It was a two year journey to heal myself. I was able to find the solutions that allow me to wake up rested, lose weight, fix my digestive issues, and remain calm.

What I learned is that I had to address the three pillars of health: nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset. I changed my diet to be gluten free and focused on clean eating. I focused on decreasing stress and creating a sleep routine. I also made sure I did mindset work with mediation, yoga, and intentional gratitude work. I am happy to say now I feel the best I ever have. And now I am sharing my steps with clients.
